How do I register my food truck or trailer for Foodie Fest?
Food truck and trailer registrations are accepted via Okie Food Trucks only, at https://www.okiefoodtrucks.com/foodie-fest

What is the deadline to register?
The deadline to register is April 15, 2023.

Is there a fee to participate in Foodie Fest?
A $175.00 early bird, non-refundable fee is required for all food and retail vendors. Payments received after August 1, 2023 may be subjected to a late registration fee, $275.00.  Registration fees are due within 24 hours of acceptance.

Why is there a fee to participate in Foodie Fest?
The participant registration fee goes to Foodie Fest website improvements, maintenance, advertising, marketing, and promotion of the event to help make it as successful as possible. I have more than one restaurant.

Does each of my food trucks or trailers have to register separately to participate?
Yes. All participants receive identical benefits, so each participant must register individually.

Does my food truck or trailer have to participate for the entire length of Foodie Fest?
Yes. All participants are required to be onsite and operating during operating hours of Foodie Fest.

Do I have to send my menu/service offerings to Foodie Fest?
Yes. Participants should email this information to events@okcblackeats.com.

What inspections or permits are required?
All food trucks and trailers are required to have current and valid inspections approved by the Oklahoma State Health Department.

Will my business be listed on the Foodie Fest website?
Approved vendors will be listed on the Foodie Fest website.

Can I include the Foodie Fest logo on my website and in promotional pieces?
Yes. All participants will receive the Foodie Fest logo and customizable templates for your use in promoting your food truck or trailer during Foodie Fest. You may also email events@okcblackeats.com to request the logo.
