The sale can also include The Daily Special Burgers & More business name and branding, logo, current business phone number, menu, recipes, operating procedures, supplier information, training/transition assistance, and other legally transferable business assets. Facebook/social-media presence and DoorDash presence can also be included subject to the applicable platform's transfer/access requirements.

The current Glenpool operating location may potentially be available to the buyer subject to landlord approval and lease arrangements.

Existing food/packaging inventory, paper products, condiments, cleaning supplies and other operating supplies on hand at the time of closing are also intended to remain with the operation. Quantities will vary because the business is continuing to operate while being offered for sale.

Seller's existing LLC is not included in the sale. This is intended as an asset sale, allowing the buyer to operate through their own business entity.

Optional Tow Vehicle / Complete Package:

A 2011 Ford F-250 Lariat Crew Cab with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel, approximately 240,000 miles, may also be available only in conjunction with the trailer/business purchase.
