We are a mobile dessert truck based in Oklahoma City, OK, inspired by the fun and charm of Japanese street food. From our little tuk tuk, we make homemade soft serve, freshly made taiyaki, and delicious floats ranging from classic root beer to matcha. Taiyaki is a fish-shaped Japanese waffle that we serve two ways. One is cold, as a waffle cone filled with creamy soft serve and irresistible toppings. The other is hot, as a freshly made taiyaki waffle, a crispy, golden treat that blends the textures of a waffle and a rice cake and is filled with sweet fillings. We love sharing a small piece of Japanese culture, putting our own creative twist on taiyaki, and connecting with people through food to create moments that are fun, memorable, and special.
