Groovy Mule Tacos is a food truck based in Norman, OK. We are a husband-wife duo chasing our dreams while making a difference. We established our little groovy food trailer in 2023. Our food is prepared and cooked daily to ensure our product is hot and fresh with each serving. Our main menu is a New Mexican fusion, while we like to venture out with specials that accommodate our guest's requests as the seasons change throughout the year. We love our guests' feedback to ensure we keep an appetizing menu and that they eat good with each experience.
